We established Vemurafenib melanoma A375 cells (A375R), and proposed to compared the difference in mRNA expression between A375R and parental A375 cells. Norcantharidin (NCTD) overcomes Vem-resistance in melanoma, therefore we also profiled the mRNA expression in NCTD-treated A375R and A375.
