SimulatedData_XZ.tif

This data is a tiff datatype file simulating lightsheet images acquired by MAXWELL, viewed from the XZ orientation. This data is a re-orientation of the SimulatedData_XY.tif file found within this collection. The original XY orientation employed a 230 nm in-plane imaging pixel size, as well as a 60 nm step size between successive images. The XY data was three-dimensionally rotated using ImageJ to create this data file. The ImageJ option "Reslice" was used, and a pixelwise transformation was performed by selecting "Avoid Interpolation". The individual PSFs are then isometric with both the XY and XZ orientations. For the XZ data, the individual pixels have a width of 230 nm and a height of 60 nm, as well as a 230 nm step size between successive images in the stack.Please see the following GitHub repository for software and documentation for the Multi-Orientation MAXWELL analysis method:https://github.com/SierraD/Multi-Orientation-Maxwell/
