Tropical forest microclimate maps

This dataset contain maps of monthly averages of tropical forests understory (15 cm above ground) temperature, including all the material necessary for replicating the methodology used in the calculations. Files: - Daytime temperature maps - Forest understory temperature monthly averages between 6am and 6pm. The averages were calculated using all data from 2000-2021. The file format is GeoTIFF. - Nighttime - Forest understory temperature monthly averages between 6pm and 6am. The averages were calculated using all data from 2000-2021. The file format is GeoTIFF. - Daily - Monthly averages of daily aggregated forest understory temperature at a 15 cm height above ground. The averages were calculated using all data from 2000-2021. The file format is GeoTIFF. **Notes: Units = degrees Celsius No_data = 0 (zero) Spatial resolution = 300 m Maps with 30 m resolution are available upon request. Please check the index map file for information on the available tiles. Here you will also find the Matlab codes and test data that can be used to replicate our methodology, including the location of all sensors used to calibrate and validate our model.

- 日度数据图：基于2000年至2021年全量观测数据计算得到的、距地面15厘米高度的森林林下日聚合温度月均值分布图，文件格式为GeoTIFF。

**备注：单位为摄氏度；无数据值为0；空间分辨率为300米；30米分辨率的地图可按需申请获取。请查阅索引地图文件以了解可用分块的相关信息。本数据集同时包含可用于复现研究方法的Matlab代码与测试数据，以及用于校准和验证模型的全部传感器位置信息。
