This is a workshop for TraRECo, a de novo transcriptome assembler with read error correction, developed by S. Yoon.The workshop include MATLAB scripts to implement the assembly, read data to analyze and configuration file for the read data provided.<br>Require MATLAB 2009 or later. A C-compiler that can be used for mex-setup. System memory at leat 8GB.

本工作套件面向TraRECo——一款由S. Yoon开发的具备读段错误校正功能的从头转录组组装器（de novo transcriptome assembler）。该工作套件包含用于执行组装流程的MATLAB脚本、待分析的测序读段数据，以及所提供读段数据对应的配置文件。运行环境要求：MATLAB 2009及以上版本；可用于mex-setup配置的C编译器；系统内存至少8GB。
