Data for: Thin film diamond membranes bonded on-demand with SOI ring resonators

A dataset pertaining to the manuscript of the same title, detailing research into hybrid diamond devices through heterogeneous integration of the material on-demand. Measurements were taken using an end-fire rig, with a lensed single mode fibre coupled to the end facet of a bus waveguide of a silicon resonator. The data was fitted to an analytical expression for transmission of an all pass resonator using MATLAB and the relevant parameters calculated from the fit. The datasets provided are of comma separated variables for the figures reported in the manuscript and can be replotted using Excel.

本数据集对应同名手稿，围绕通过按需异质集成金刚石材料开展的混合金刚石器件研究展开详细阐述。实验测量采用端面耦合测试平台完成：将带透镜的单模光纤与硅谐振器的总线波导端面进行耦合。本数据集通过MATLAB软件，依据全通谐振器传输特性的解析表达式对测量数据进行拟合，并从拟合结果中计算得到相关参数。本次提供的数据集为手稿中配图所用的逗号分隔变量（Comma Separated Variables，CSV）格式文件，可通过Excel软件进行重绘。
