These phase and GFP images are part of a group that ranges from CIL:35780-35799. Note that there are additional groups of images monitoring the dynamics of other proteins involved in cell cycle regulation by the same authors in the Library.

本数据集为表达绿色荧光蛋白（Green Fluorescent Protein，GFP）标记的Bck2的酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）延时成像实验，其中Bck2是不依赖Cln的CLN1、CLN2基因表达激活因子。本次所提供的相差显微图像与GFP荧光图像，均隶属于编号区间为CIL:35780-35799的图像组。需注意，本数据集库中另有该研究团队拍摄的、用于监测细胞周期调控相关其他蛋白质动态变化的多组图像。
