This study establishes the impact of technology in terms of training and development in South Africa. It includes the impact the technology has on management in terms of decision making and the impact the implementation of technology has on organization’s development and innovation and how it affects employees. According to (Rahman, 2022) training mode has a significant impact on employee performance and training evaluation. It benefits the organization by reducing employee turnover, increasing employee productivity, and contributing to higher financial returnsA descriptive research and Quantitative methods have been used as the foundation for this study. The study is targeted to management or leaders and employees on how technology can impact training and development and its benefit to the organization and employees. The questionnaires were completed by employees for the purpose of this study.
本研究明确了南非地区技术在培训与发展领域的影响效应。研究涵盖三方面内容:技术对管理决策层面的作用、技术落地对组织发展与创新的影响,以及技术对员工群体的具体影响。据Rahman(2022)的研究显示,培训模式对员工绩效与培训评估均存在显著影响;该模式可通过降低员工离职率、提升员工生产力及推动更高财务回报,为组织创造收益。本研究以描述性研究与定量研究方法为方法论基础,研究对象为管理者、领导者与员工,旨在探究技术对培训与发展的影响及其为组织与员工带来的价值。本次研究的问卷由员工填写完成。
