资源简介:
In this study, the temporal effects of black soldier fly larvae meal on the broiler chicken cecal microbiome was assessed by analyzing the cecal digesta collected on days 14, 28, and 35 from broilers receiving either a basal corn-soybean meal diet consisting of in-feed bacitracin methylene disalicylate (BMD) or one of the BMD-free replacement diets with the SBM substituted with 0, 12.5, 25, 50, and 100% black soldier fly larvae meal (BSFLM). Over at total of 260 microbial DNA samples derived from the chicken cecal were subjected to 16S rRNA (V3-V4) amplicon sequencing and microbial profiling analysis.
