硕士毕业论文,为更进一步了解该基因在磷吸收及利用上的功能,本文构建了PmMYB169基因的正义表达载体,并遗传转化拟南芥及烟草,对PmMYB169基因进行亚细胞定位,以确定其发挥作用位置;对转基因植株进行不同磷浓度处理,探讨转基因植株在磷胁迫下的生长及生理生化特性,旨在为解析该基因的耐低磷机制提供新信息,为耐低磷种质的早期筛选提供理论参考。

This master's thesis aims to further elucidate the functions of the PmMYB169 gene in phosphorus uptake and utilization. This study constructed the sense expression vector of the PmMYB169 gene, and performed genetic transformation on Arabidopsis thaliana and Nicotiana tabacum. Subcellular localization of the PmMYB169 gene was conducted to determine its functional location. Transgenic plants were treated with different phosphorus concentrations to investigate their growth, physiological and biochemical characteristics under phosphorus stress. The research aims to provide new insights for deciphering the low-phosphorus tolerance mechanism of this gene, and offer theoretical references for the early screening of low-phosphorus tolerant germplasm.
