A phosphorylcholine-coated (PC) polymethylpentene (PMP)-MOs (Maquet PLS-I) was examined for cell colonization after long-term patient support (>24h) using confocal laser scanning microscopy (Leica SP5/40X) and fluorescence staining of adhering cells via 4',6-Diamidino-2-phenylindol (DAPI). The cell colonization was found to be localized at certain predilection sites: hollow fibers and hollow-fiber connecting warps.
采用磷酰胆碱涂层(PC)的多甲基戊烯(PMP)-MOs(Maquet PLS-I)在长期患者支持(>24小时)后,经共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(Leica SP5/40X)和4',6-二氨基-2-苯基吲哚(DAPI)荧光染色对粘附细胞进行染色,对其细胞定植情况进行了研究。研究结果显示,细胞定植呈现特定偏好区域:中空纤维及其连接的纬线。
