[C4OC] Sust Pastoral

This project uses group process to work with pastoral land managers across the rangelands of WA to provide support leading to practice change for improved livestock productivity and biodiversity outcomes.
The project will ensure good engagement with land managers, and commitment from communities and individuals to the overall CfoC objective of sustainable management of natural resources to be better able to respond to threats and opportunities created by changing circumstances, particularly a changing climate.
Whole property planning and skills and knowledge development activities with local producer groups and community capacity building opportunities will provide a strong framework to ensure change and develop a local ownership focus.
The methods to be used in the Sustainable Agriculture project are based on previous experience of working with small groups in introducing change through the Bestprac process.

本项目采用团体协作模式，与西澳大利亚州（Western Australia，WA）牧区的牧场土地管理者开展合作，为其提供支持以推动生产实践变革，进而提升畜牧生产效率并优化生物多样性保护成效。
本项目将确保与土地管理者开展充分的沟通与协作，并争取社区及个人对CfoC总体目标的承诺与支持，该目标旨在实现自然资源的可持续管理，从而更好地应对环境变化（尤其是气候变化）所带来的各类威胁与发展机遇。
面向本地生产者团体开展的牧场整体规划、技能与知识赋能活动，以及社区能力建设契机，将构建坚实的实施框架，保障变革落地并培育本地主体的自主参与意识与归属意识。
本可持续农业项目所采用的实施方法，均基于过往通过Bestprac流程与小型团队合作推动变革的实践经验。
