因受領遲延、拒絕受領或不能受領之土地徵收補償費，自通知送達發生效力之日起，逾15年未領取將歸屬國庫之案件(108)
Cases (Case No. 108) concerning land expropriation compensation fees that, due to late acceptance, refusal of acceptance, or inability to accept by the recipient, escheat to the national treasury if unclaimed for more than 15 years starting from the date when the notice takes effect after being served.
