The NorESM1-M-rcp85-1-0 derived dataset computed from CMIP5 NorESM1-M historical and rcp85 simulations for ISMIP6 (Prepared using CMIP5 model NorESM1-M as input. A combination of historical and rcp85 datasets were used to create this ISMIP6 forcing dataset) climate model, released in 2020, includes the following components:

The model was run by the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, MD 20771, USA (NASA-GSFC) in native nominal resolutions: 10 km.

Project: The forcing datasets (and boundary conditions) needed for CMIP6 experiments are being prepared by a number of different experts. Initially many of these datasets may only be available from those experts, but over time as part of the 'input4MIPs' activity most of them will be archived by PCMDI and served by the Earth System Grid Federation (https://esgf-node.llnl.gov/search/input4mips/ ).
