Each subdirectory contains:
- `*.nii.gz`: NIfTI image file
- `*.json`: Acquisition metadata
- (for DTI) `*.bval`, `*.bvec`: Diffusion encoding information

## 🔧 Processing Notes
- Images are in NIfTI format, aligned to scanner space.
- Direction matrices and voxel spacing are encoded in metadata.
- DTI data includes `.bval` and `.bvec` files consistent with FSL/BIDS format.
- Dual phase encoding in rsfMRI/DTI can be used for susceptibility distortion correction.
