Seven new decahydrofluorene-type pyrrolo-spiroketone alkaloids designated K–Q (1–7) and six known analogs (8–13) were isolated from a marine fungus of the genus Penicillium. Their structures were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic analyses, and their absolute configurations were unambiguously determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and quantum chemical calculations of their electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra.
