Schmidt carp gudgeon microsatellite data

This is a text file in GENPOP format that includes microsatellite data for seven loci. The data is arranged into four populations representing the four groups identified in the associated paper. Five additional populationas are included which represent voucher specimens of allozyme groupings discussed in the paper. Missing data is represented by 000000. The data file was used to perform the PCA analysis that appears in the paper and is the complete dataset for all samples in the paper.
