Example Diffraction Datasets for Beamstop Alignment QC

This archive contains example X-ray diffraction datasets collected on the I04 beamline at Diamond Light Source. These datasets are intended to serve as test cases for the data analysis tools in the mx_beamline_setup project (https://github.com/aragaod/mx_beamline_setup), specifically for scripts that analyse beamstop alignment and overall data quality. The data consists of several collections taken with the detector and beamstop positioned for different resolution ranges (e.g., a 'high-resolution' setup and a 'low-resolution' setup). Each dataset is split into three files: A _master.h5 file containing the primary metadata and links to the other files. A _meta.h5 file containing detector-specific metadata like masks and flatfields. A _..._000001.h5 data file containing the raw pixel values for the diffraction image. To analyse a dataset, you should always point the analysis software to the corresponding _master.h5 file.
