Clearance of Clostridioides difficile colonization is associated with antibiotic-specific

Here we describe different changes in murine microbiota which lead to the clearance of Clostridioides difficile colonization. We analyzed the fecal 16S rRNA gene sequences to compare the changes and differences in the microbiota from mice treated with either clindamycin, cefoperazone, or streptomycin. We observed antibiotic-specific community changes associated with C. difficile clearance.
