Primary energy consumption in Cuba 2010-2022

In 2022, primary energy consumption in Cuba amounted to some 5.2 million barrels of oil equivalent. This represented a decrease of roughly 18.7 percent in comparison to the previous year and the lowest figure reported within the period of consideration. Primary energy consumption in the country reached the highest figure reported in the decade in 2018, nearly nine million barrels of oil equivalent.
