<p>These data were derived from laboratory-maintained Trichodesmium erythraeum cultures and contain accessions and links to raw RNA-seq fastq files in NCBI’s Gene Expression Omnibus, accessible through GEO Series accession number <a href=\"https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE94951\" target=\"_blank\">GSE94951</a>. The sample accession numbers corresponding to the low and high CO2 samples from this work are <a href=\"https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/biosample/?term=GSM2492342\" target=\"_blank\">GSM2492342</a>, <a href=\"https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/biosample/?term=GSM2492343\" target=\"_blank\">GSM2492343</a>, <a href=\"http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/biosample/?term=GSM2492344\" target=\"_blank\">GSM2492344</a>, and <a href=\"http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/biosample/?term=GSM2492345\" target=\"_blank\">GSM2492345</a>.</p>
