Lung cancer remains highly malignant worldwide, with rising incidence rates. This study aims to develop a predictive model using cell lines resistant to EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) to create a risk score predicting outcomes in lung cancer patients on EGFR-TKI therapy.
