对五种刺槐的叶绿体基因组进行了重新鉴定,确定了这些刺槐之间的进化关系及其在豆科植物中的分类地位。结果表明,在豆科植物中,刺槐和印度相思在豆科植物亲缘关系最为远缘,刺槐和百脉根物亲缘关系最为近缘。根据进化选择压力分析,不同刺槐叶绿体蛋白质编码基因相对保守。这些结果对于我们了解它们的光合机制和进化以及叶绿体的转基因工程具有重要意义。
The chloroplast genomes of five Robinia species were re-identified, and their evolutionary relationships and taxonomic status within the Fabaceae family were clarified. The results revealed that among Fabaceae plants, Robinia and Acacia indica have the farthest phylogenetic relationship, while Robinia and Lotus corniculatus share the closest phylogenetic affinity. Based on evolutionary selection pressure analysis, the chloroplast protein-coding genes of different Robinia species are relatively conserved. These findings hold great significance for elucidating their photosynthetic mechanisms, evolutionary processes, as well as chloroplast genetic engineering.
