The raw data files from these two batches consist of one file per sample (.raw) and annotated according to the sample titile in the supporting information file.-Batch 3: includes the raw data from Synapt G2. two samples were aquired from this machine GALNT1 + C1GALT1 and GALNT2 + C1GALT1. The raw files from this batch consist of 22 files from each samples.
