Real-Time Health Monitoring via Wearable IoT with Cloud Analytics

Combined dataset archive for the MediSync FYP wearable health monitoring system. 1. human_vital_signs_dataset_2024.csv (200,020 rows) — training + internal test split, originally from Kaggle: nasirayub2/human-vital-sign-dataset2. patients_data_with_alerts.xlsx (~50,000 rows) — external domain-shift validation set, never trained on, originally from Kaggle: prokashbarmancu/iomt-alert3. medisync_collected_readings.csv (7,285 readings, 5 anonymised subjects) — real sensor data collected via the project's own ESP32 + MQTT + InfluxDB pipeline during development and testing. Subject IDs are anonymised sequential identifiers with no link to PII. Files 1–2 are archived here for permanent reproducibility since Kaggle dataset pages are not citable. File 3 is original data collected for this project.
