The database was created by adding soil microbial carbon and mycorrhizal type data to the global soil microbial nitrogen and phosphorus database established by Li et al. The data set contains soil microbial carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus of arbuscular mycorrhiza and ectomycorrhizal fungi and the coexistence of these two mycorrhizas in forests.
该数据库是在Li等人构建的全球土壤微生物氮磷数据库基础上,补充土壤微生物碳数据与菌根类型(mycorrhizal type)信息后建成。本数据集涵盖森林生态系统中丛枝菌根(arbuscular mycorrhiza)、外生菌根真菌(ectomycorrhizal fungi)以及二者共存体系下的土壤微生物碳、氮与磷含量数据。
