myo2-E1 myo51Δ Cdc12p-3Venus (green) mCh-Atb2p (red)-expressing S. pombe cells were shifted up in a 36°C water bath shaker for 4 h, put on a YES+ 2% agarose pad and imaged in a 36°C spinning disk chamber. Note that the signal of Cdc12p-3Venus was weaker in 36°C than that in 24°C.
