采集的22艘船舶主动力装备运行数据

选取自有品牌WinGD最新的W-X型主机的船,主机型号有6X52、6X62-B、7X62-B和6X72的各关键指标数据。船舶主机包括多个子系统,每个子系统监测了多个同种组件的工作状态,以主机7X62-B冷却系统监测的7个气缸冷却水温度各缸出口为例,该气缸共有7个监测点,每个监测点根据工作环境的不同,其温度值也不同,因此,将气缸冷却水温度各缸出口数据定义为一类数据,按照这种定义原则,本实验共采集了25类主机运行数据,涉及的子系统有6类子系统(包括冷却水系统、燃油系统、滑油系统、伺服油系统、排气系统、扫气系统)。
The dataset is sourced from vessels fitted with the latest W-X series main engines of the own brand WinGD, containing key performance indicator data for four main engine models: 6X52, 6X62-B, 7X62-B and 6X72. Marine main engines are composed of multiple subsystems, with each subsystem monitoring the operating status of multiple identical components. Taking the cooling water outlet temperature data of each of the 7 cylinders monitored by the cooling system of the 7X62-B main engine as an example: each cylinder has 7 monitoring points, and their temperature values differ based on the working environment. Therefore, the cooling water outlet temperature data for each individual cylinder is defined as one data category. Following this definition principle, this experiment collected a total of 25 categories of main engine operating data, involving 6 types of subsystems, namely cooling water system, fuel system, lubricating oil system, servo oil system, exhaust system and scavenging air system.
