A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the shrubland ecosystem at Haibei Station from 2011 to 2019

The Haibei National Field Research Station of Alpine Grassland Ecosystems has been conducting continuous observation of carbon and water fluxes over Potentilla fruticosa shrubland using the eddy covariance system since 2002. We processed the raw observation data from 2011 to 2019 based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In this dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
