TRAINING RFL TEACHERS IN DIGITAL PEDAGOGY AND ITS IMPACT ON EFFECTIVENESS IN RURAL AREAS

The article examines the training of Russian as a Foreign Language (RFL) teachers for work in the digital educational environment of rural areas. It analyzes the specific competencies required for educators to effectively use digital tools under infrastructure constraints. The importance of pedagogical syncretism and practice-oriented professional development programs is substantiated. The study concludes that regional methodological support centers are necessary to overcome digital inequality in language education.
