To find genes regulated by Nfil3 during development or functional maturation, we analyzed the gene expression profiles of basophil progenitors by RNA-sequencing. Overall design: pre-Basos and basophils of littermate control or Nfil3-deficient mice were sorted from bone marrow and subject to whole transcriptome analysis. For each cell types, biological duplicates were analyzed.
