Datasets for microbial community in Mytilus coruscus farming

there are two datasets, including field observation and test exp folders. The OTU-TAX table and sample information are included into each folder.本数据集包含两个数据集，分别对应野外观测（field observation）与试验组（test exp）文件夹；每个文件夹内均包含操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit，OTU）-TAX表与样本信息。
