Evidence of right ventricular strain and myocardial injury within 24 hours among those with Viperidae snake envenomation in southwest China

These data were obtained from December 2022 to December 2023 at the Chongqing Emergency Medical Center in China, with the main departments involved being the Ultrasound Department, Emergency Department, Outpatient Department, and Laboratory Department. The experimental group consisted of patients bitten by viper snakes, while the control group consisted of healthy adults. Ultrasound data was collected using the Philips EPIQ5 cardiac probe (S5-1), and strain parameters were obtained using the accompanying software QLAB13.0. The data includes the raw images of echocardiography.

本数据集采集于2022年12月至2023年12月，采集地点为中国重庆急救医疗中心，涉及的主要科室涵盖超声科、急诊科、门诊部与检验科。实验组为蝰蛇咬伤患者，对照组为健康成人受试者。超声数据采用飞利浦（Philips）EPIQ5心脏超声探头（S5-1）采集，应变参数通过其配套软件QLAB13.0提取得到。本数据集包含超声心动图原始图像。
