Data and scripts to simulate species loss and functional loss in lagoons

These files were used for the analyses in Faulwetter, S, Papageorgiou N, Koulouri Y, Fanini L, Chatzinikolaou E, Markantonatou V, Pavloudi C, Chatzigeorgiou G, Keklikoglou K, Vasileiadou A et al. "Comparison of structural and functional stability of polychaete assemblages in coastal lagoons". Submitted to Journal of Sea Research. The files are 1. match_traits_to_lagoons.sql: an sql database which contains all the data needed for the analysis.<br>2. randomDraws.r: Randomly excludes x species or the traits of x species (with x increasing per round) from the total species pool in each lagoon<br>3. compare.r: Compares for each lagoon the species and traits patterns (min, max, median and range curve). Needs the output files from randomDraws.r<br>4. plotting.r: plots the results from randomDraws.r, needs the output files from that script.
