山西省实施《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》办法

该文档为《山西省实施<中华人民共和国野生动物保护法>办法》，于1992年5月20日山西省第七届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十八次会议通过，根据1998年7月24日山西省第九届人民代表大会常务委员会第四次会议通过的关于修改《山西省实施〈中华人民共和国野生动物保护法〉办法》的决定第一次修正。根据《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》和《中华人民共和国陆生野生动物保护实施条例》，结合本省实际，制定本办法。

This document is the Measures for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wildlife (Shanxi Province). It was adopted at the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 7th People's Congress of Shanxi Province on May 20, 1992, and underwent its first amendment pursuant to the Decision on Amending the Measures for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wildlife (Shanxi Province), which was adopted at the 4th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 9th People's Congress of Shanxi Province on July 24, 1998. These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wildlife and the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Implementation of the Protection of Terrestrial Wild Animals, in combination with the actual circumstances of Shanxi Province.
