Transcriptome raw reads of golden Orb-Web Spider, Nephila pilipes

This submission contains transcriptome raw reads of the golden orb-web spider, Nephila pilipes, generated using high-throughput RNA sequencing. The samples were collected from adult female specimens to explore gene expression patterns associated with silk production, venom composition, and metabolic activity.
