Data of 16S rRNA sequencing in colonic and cecal content of PER2 gene Knockout mice

We want to explore the species structure, diversity and different bacterial genus level of mice colon and cecum under the joint mediation of different light and dark cycles and the knockout of circadian clock rhythm gene PER2, so as to understand the influence of rhythm disorder on intestinal microorganisms and metabolism. This is the 16S rRNA sequencing data of mouse intestinal flora.
