These files are first, Preliminaries and a very brief Editorial Introduction, and second, thirteen of fifteen text files for the preliminary text of the volume. N.B. Text files 3 and 4, 'Sur les prix' and 'Balance de commerce' will not be uploaded at this time, since further editorial work on them is required. NB.2. At this stage, the text remains provisional, and subject to modification before publication.
