An observation dataset of meteorology at Yuanjiang Dry-hot Valley Ecological Station, Yunnan Province (2011 - 2020)

In order to make better use of the meteorological data of Yuanjiang dry and hot valley ecological station, the long-term positioning observation of conventional meteorological elements is carried out by using the standard meteorological observation field, and the monitored meteorological monitoring data from July 2011 to December 2020 are sorted, quality controlled and evaluated. The meteorological data set includes 12 data tables such as air temperature, wet bulb temperature, dew point temperature, relative humidity, water vapor pressure, total cloud cover, sunshine hours, regular precipitation, evaporation, air pressure, wind speed and direction, and soil temperature. It is mainly based on daily scale (8:00, 14:00, and 20:00) data files, with a data integrity rate of more than 99%, It is expected to provide basic data support for the study of material cycle and energy exchange of dry hot valley ecosystem and its response to global change.
