为了研究有机物料对酸化阻控效果,选择位于祁阳的长期不同施肥处理小区试验作为试验平台,小区为红壤旱地小区,作为为小麦-玉米,在玉米收获后,采集土样,测定pH,有机碳,氮磷钾等基本理化指标,通过BIOLOG测定微生物功能多样性指标,通过PLFA测定微生物群落组成变化,通过统计分析,明确大田水平上有机肥对酸化的阻控效果。

To investigate the acidification mitigation effect of organic amendments, a long-term field experiment with different fertilization treatments located in Qiyang was selected as the experimental platform. The plots are upland red soil plots with a cropping system of wheat-maize rotation. After maize harvest, soil samples were collected, and basic physicochemical indexes including pH, organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were determined. Microbial functional diversity was measured via BIOLOG assays, and changes in microbial community composition were analyzed using phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) analysis. Statistical analyses were conducted to clarify the acidification mitigation effect of organic fertilizers under field-scale conditions.
