We propose a cooperation mechanism for integrated electricity and heat systems to address challenges in coordinating power and district heating systems, such as low efficiency and insufficient incentives.本文提出一种面向综合电力热力系统（integrated electricity and heat systems）的协同运行机制，用以解决电力系统与区域供热系统（district heating systems）协同调度中存在的效率低下、激励不足等挑战。
