The integrated reproductive response: reproductive consequences of seasonal phenotypic flexibility across fish populations

Data collected from female pumpkinseed sunfish between 60 and 110 mm across three ponds in Southern Ontario from January to August, 2021 for analysis of seasonal phenotypic flexibility and its impact of reproductive potential. Raw data and a data dictionary presented in separate tabs. Fish were collected approximately biweekly using baited minnow traps and rod-and-reel angling. Each individual was fully dissected on the day of collection, such that all organ mass measurement were recorded fresh, except the gastrointestinal tract which was frozen then dried prior to weighing.
