Effect of hemin on gene expression of C57BL/6 primarily cultured neurons

To investigate the effects of hemin on primary cultured neurons, we established hemin-treated primary cultured neurons. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for normal primary cultured neurons and its hemin-treated primary cultured neurons.
