Two new species of Anaptychia (Physciaceae) from Western North America, with notes on the other species of section Protoanaptychia

This dataset comprises several ITS and mtSSU sequences for most of the species in Anaptychia, along with alignments and subsequent phylogenetic analysis.<br>

本数据集涵盖蜈蚣衣属（Anaptychia）绝大多数物种的若干内转录间隔区（Internal Transcribed Spacer，ITS）与线粒体小亚基（mitochondrial small subunit，mtSSU）序列，同时包含对应的序列比对文件及后续系统发育分析结果。
