This dataset contains high-density EMG and biomechanics data from 10 healthy human participants (five females) walking at a variety of walking speeds and ambulation conditions. Each condition was completed at three different walking speeds (slow, self-selected, and fast) with the exception of stand-to-walk, sit-to-stand-to-walk, and sidestepping, where the trials were completed at self-selected walking speed under two different conditions for the starting/stepping leg (either left or right). The dataset contains three trials per condition for a total of 27 trials during level ground walking and 54 trials during stairs (170mm step height, 410mm step depth) and ramps (5° and 15° ramps) walking. High-density EMG data contains 64 channels of bipolar EMG recordings from the tibialis anterior, peroneal, and the gastrocnemius lateralis and medialis muscles. Biomechanics data include the 3D positions of motion capture markers attached according to the modified Cleveland marker placement protocol, and ground reaction forces recorded with two force platforms. The data set contains both processed and segmented inverse kinematics (IK), inverse dynamics (ID), HD-EMG, IMU, and foot event time stamps, as well as raw markers' positions, forces from the force platforms, HD-EMG, and IMU data. Example scripts for how to compute IK and ID as well as how to access, interpolate, and plot data means and standard deviations are also provided, including a README text file on how to use them.

本数据集收录10名健康人类受试者(其中5名为女性)在多种步行速度与步行场景下的高密度肌电(high-density EMG, HD-EMG)及生物力学数据。每种步行场景均设置3种步行速度(慢速、自选速度、快速),但站起步行、坐起步行以及侧滑步除外:该三类场景仅以自选步行速度开展测试,且需分为两种起始/迈步腿条件(左侧或右侧)。每个步行场景下包含3次重复试验,其中平地步行共计27次试验,楼梯(台阶高度170mm、台阶深度410mm)与坡道(5°、15°坡度)步行则共计54次试验。高密度肌电数据包含来自胫骨前肌、腓骨肌、腓肠肌外侧头与内侧头的64通道双极肌电记录。生物力学数据涵盖基于改良克利夫兰标记物放置方案粘贴的运动捕捉标记点三维位置,以及两台测力平台采集的地面反力数据。本数据集同时包含经处理与分割的逆运动学(inverse kinematics, IK)、逆动力学(inverse dynamics, ID)、高密度肌电、惯性测量单元(inertial measurement unit, IMU)及足部事件时间戳数据,亦包含原始标记点位置、测力平台原始力数据、高密度肌电原始数据及惯性测量单元原始数据。此外还提供了用于计算逆运动学与逆动力学、访问、插值及绘制数据均值与标准差的示例脚本,同时附带一份说明使用方法的README文本文件。
