Sequence files associated with the project study

NGS data generated after pyrosequencing an amplicon library generated after PCR amplification (18S rRNA gene) of DNA extracted from soil samples. These soil samples were taken from native forests and adjacent monoculture rubber plantations in Yunnan, China.

本数据集为针对土壤样本提取的DNA经聚合酶链式反应（PCR）扩增（扩增靶标为18S核糖体RNA基因（18S rRNA gene））后构建的扩增子文库，通过焦磷酸测序获得的下一代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS）数据。所用土壤样本采集自中国云南的原生林及其毗邻的单一种植橡胶园。
