mRNA profiles of MCF7 and MDA-MBA-231 cells treated with 1µM GDC-0941 or DMSO for 24 hours Overall design: The goals of this study are to use NGS to perform transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to find the changes of the global gene expression programs after PI3K signaling inhibition in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell lines.
