本成果成功阐释了水溶性单体改性体系提升木材尺寸稳定性及对木材细胞壁的增强机理,并在充分考虑改性体系环保性的基础上,构建了利用水溶性乙烯基单体在木材细胞壁上原位接枝聚合加固木材细胞壁复合结构的方法。切实为相关绿木材色改性技术的开发构建、性能调控及功能拓展提供了可行的基础理论支撑及方法参考。
This work successfully elucidates the mechanism through which water-soluble monomer modification systems improve the dimensional stability of wood and reinforce wood cell walls. While fully considering the environmental friendliness of the modification system, this work has established a method for reinforcing the composite structure of wood cell walls via in situ graft polymerization of water-soluble vinyl monomers onto wood cell walls. This study provides feasible fundamental theoretical support and methodological references for the development, performance regulation and functional expansion of related green wood modification technologies.
