本数据集以电液比例伺服阀为研究对象,建立其物理模型,梳理液压阀典型故障模式,包括阀芯卡滞、滑阀冲蚀磨损、比例电磁铁退化等,构建各类故障的数学模型并阐明故障机理,同时通过仿真手段分析验证模型的准确性及各类故障的影响。
This dataset takes the electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve as its research object. It first establishes the physical model of the valve, sorts out the typical fault modes of hydraulic proportional servo valves, including stuck spool, erosion and wear of the spool valve, degradation of the proportional electromagnet and other common failure modes. Then, it constructs mathematical models for each fault type and elucidates their underlying fault mechanisms. Finally, it analyzes and verifies the accuracy of the established models and the impacts of various faults through simulation experiments.
