P21-activated kinase 5 (PAK5) plays an important role in tumors. Yet, the connection of PAK5 with miRNA biogenesis is so far unclear.In this work, we studied the change in microRNA profiles of breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells as a result of overexpression of PAK5 protein. Overall design: Total RNA was prepared from MDA-MB-231 cells with overexpression of Flag-PAK5 gene as well as from control MDA-MB-231(Flag vector) cells.
