Our study provided an accurate, integrated and well-characterized full transcriptome dataset from W. pigra using the Pacbio sequencing platform. The protein-coding genes, along with their annotations were provided, the SSR, LncRNA and TFs were also identified. The alternative splicing events and relations between lncRNAs and Protein-coding genes were predicted. All these data will greatly facilitate research on the functional and genetic topics of W. pigra and leeches.
